Our Beginning

A9 Manufacturing, now OSC Manufacturing, started in 2008 as a small prototype and turnkey component machine shop, exclusively producing MWD/LWD and downhole motor parts for a single O&G customer. Since that time we have experienced steady growth, across virtually every business sector, driven by the desire to provide our constantly growing customer base with the highest quality possible and on-time delivery.

Our Growing Company

Our facility and equipment list has changed dramatically over the years, most recently with our move to a purpose built 20,000 sqft climate controlled facility in Houston, Texas, and the addition of two Tsugami swiss turning centers, a DMG MORI DMU 80P DuoBlock 5-axis machining center, and multiple mill-turn machines with B & Y axis for complex part machining and done-in-one production.
